Keith has 20 years experience within the mining industry having worked for Hamersley Iron, Alcoa (Pinjarra, Wagerup & Kwinana) and Argyle Diamonds. He has worked in engineering, operations and maintenance during this time. Prior to joining Madco in 1998, Keith was the process plant maintenance superintendent at Argyle Diamonds.

Vas is a degree qualified Mechanical Engineer with more than 10 years experience. He has worked with Robil since 1997 and is responsible for managing the Port Hedland operation. Previous to working wth Robil, Vas was a Turbocharger Engineer in the UK.

Harry is a qualified fitter/ machinist who has worked with Robil since 2002. He currently supervises all ore cars repairs. Harry has more than nine year’s industry experience.

Mark is a qualified fitter/ machinist and technician who has worked with Robil since 2002. He is now responsible for supervision of the main workshop.

Eric is a qualified first class machinist/ technician with more than 17 years experience in machining and machine shop supervising. Eric has worked with Robil since 2005 and is currently responsible for planning.

Lourens is a qualified boilermaker/ welder who has worked in mine site fitting and fabrication for 18 years. Lourens has worked with Robil since 2006 as the Fabrication Coordinator.
