Subsequent to pioneering the revolutionary Enviropeel protective coating system in Australia in 2000, Robil Engineering has been appointed the first official licensed distributor and applicator by anti corrosion products manufacturer Alocit Australasia Limited (AAL).
 
With the philosophy of continuous improvement and ongoing innovation, Robil Engineering is the first company globally to apply Enviropeel to rotating equipment used by the mining and minerals industry. It has been trialed at length and proven to considerably increase service life.

This not only has the potential for massive savings, but more importantly reduces the rework and repair requirement frequencies, taking industry users of Enviropeel another step closer to "zero harm".
 
After three years of research and development between Robil and two major resource companies, BHP Billiton and Dampier Salt (part of the Rio Tinto Group), Enviropeel has been specified as the approved protection agent for all conveyor pulley bearing housings for both storage and in service.
 
Enviropeel is currently being introduced to enhance Robil Engineering's flange management programmes with Pilbara Iron/Rio Tinto and Woodside Petroleum.
 
Any size component can be coated with Enviropeel protection prior to storage. Dipping individual parts or carpet coating whole pallets of components takes seconds and provides years of guaranteed protection.
 
As a result of the work Robil has undertaken within its own distribution zones in Australia's North West, the benefits of Enviropeel are quickly catching on in Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia.
