Robil currently employs many local people and apprentices at various stages.

Since Robil’s inception the company has trained numerous apprentices, and sponsored the immigration process for eight full time employees to enter Australia.

Apprentices are encouraged to focus on their own development but understand the value of teamwork. At Robil we all learn from each other.
