Awards
The high standard of safety, training and personal development at Robil has been reflected in a number of awards and recognition the company and its employees have received. These include:
September 2005 - Robil Engineering submitted a presentation of its development work with the Enviropeel Project in Australia, which won the 2005 West Australian State Engineering Excellence Award.

2008 – Robil Engineering employee, Danny Knezovic won the Port Hedland Chamber of Commerce’s prestigious Apprentice of the Year award

2005 – As recognition for the commitment in training apprentices, Robil Engineering was invited to the 2005 Mid West Economic Summit to deliver a speech about the importance of training as an investment in the future at such a crucial time of development in WA.

2005 - State Ministers John D'Ozario and Hon Ljiljanna Ravlich Minister for Education and Training visited the Robil Engineering facilities.

2005 - Robil Engineering also held its own award night recognising 11 apprentices concluding and ongoing, which was attended by Mr Barry Haase, MHR Federal Member of Parliament for Kalgoorlie.

2005 - Next year Robil Engineering won the highest category of Best Business with 20+ Employees 2005/6.

2005 - At the same award night, Robil Engineering won the Overall Business of the Year 2004/5.

2005 - Another employee who Robil Engineering sponsored to Australia from South Africa won Best Tradesman of the Year.

2005 - Dean Watson was also nominated in the 2004/5 Port Hedland Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year Awards where he won Apprentice of the Year.

2003 - A second apprentice (Dean Watson) also won the same Regional Competition and then also placed well in the National Finals.

2000 - The first Robil Engineering apprentice was entered into and won first place in the Regional Worldskills Competition.
